When Ramadhan will Come

WHEN RAMADHAN WILL COME

HOW TO SET BEGINNING OF RAMADAN

The beginning of Ramadan is set by seeing the new moon (moon), but if it’s blocked / not visible, then complete the number of month Sha’ban to thirty days.

Ibn ‘Umar Radliyallaahu said: I heard the Messenger of Shallallaahu’ alaihi wa sallam said: “If you all saw it (months) take fast, and if you all see it (months) Break your fast, and then you estimate if the cloud cover.” Muttafaq Alaihi. According to the report narrated by Muslim: ” then you estimate thirty days If the cloud cover.” According narrated by Bukhari: “Then complete the calculation to thirty days.” (See Bulughul Maram, chapter Shiyam 671)

According to the memoirs of the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah: “Then complete the month of Sha’ban 30 days count.” (See Bulughul Maram, chapter Shiyam 672)

Muslims should count the month of Sha’ban as preparation for entering Ramadan. Because sometimes one month is twenty-nine days and sometimes are thirty days, then fasted (it starts) when we see the new moon of Ramdhan month.

If the clouds obstructed, month of Sha’ban should be completed thirty days. Because God created the heavens and the earth-sky and makes certain places for people to know the number of years and the reckoning. One month will not be more than thirty days.

See the new moon for Eid al Fitr will be reputed if there are two fair witnesses, based on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam:

“Fast because you see the new moon, Break your fast because you see it, when you see the new moon get haj pilgrimage, if you are obstructed by cloud, then complete the (numbers month of Sha’ban be) thirty days, if there are two witnesses fasted and you eat (Eid al Fitr)”. (Narrated by An-Nasa’i, Ahmad, Ad-Daruquthni. Lafadz above is the history of An-Nasa’i, Ahmad adds: “Two Muslim men”.

No doubt, that the acceptance of the testimony of two people in one incident alone shows no testimony was rejected, therefore, the testimony of a witness in sight the new moon still be reputed (as a foundation to start fasting), in a history that is authentic

Radliyallaahu Umar Ibn ‘Umar said: People see the crescent moon, and then I tell the Prophet Shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam that I had actually seen it. Then he fast and told people to fast. Narrated by Abu Dawud. Hadeeth according to Hakim and Ibn Hibban. (See Bulughul Maram, chapter Shiyam 673)

Of Ibn Umar radhiallahu ‘anhuma, he said: “People looking for the new moon, then I report it to the Prophet sallallaahu’ alaihi wa sallam that I see it, the Prophet told the the people to fast.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud, Ad-Darimi, Ibn Hibban , Al-Hakim, al-Bayhaqi)

Notice!!! Ibn ‘Umar radhiallahu’ Anh as a public report to the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam as the government, then he, as the government announced the time of Ramadan, in other words as a society, we are fasting follow with the time set by the government.

Anyone who saw the moon alone or a group of abstinent before the public is not allowed to fast and did not break before the breaking (Eid al-Fitr), which is of course only happens when the authorities have announced the start of Ramadan and Shawwal.

From Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:

“Fasting day is when you all fasting, breaking day (Eid al-Fitr) is when you all breaking, and the day of sacrifice (Eid al Adha) is when you all sacrificial the animal”. (Narrated by Tirmidhi)

THAT MAY BE DONE BY PERSON WHO FAST

An obedient servant and understand the Qur’an and Sunnah would not doubt that God desires ease for His servants and did not want trouble. Allah and His Messenger have allowed some things for people who are fasting, and do not consider it an error if you practice it. This is the pebuatan deeds along with their arguments.

[1]. Entering Dawn Time In Junub/Janabah (unclean after coitus or something like that)

Among the acts sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam is entered the dawn in Junub because jima’ (coitus) with his wife, then he showers and (dawn) prayers.

From Aisha and Umm Salamah radi ‘anhuma.

“Indeed the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam entered the dawn of time in junub because jima’ with his wife, then he take a bath and fasting” [HR. Bukhari and Muslim]

[2]. Cleansing the teeth

Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said.

“I wish if not to burden my people, surely I will tell them to cleansing their teeth every time they wudlu (ablution)” [HR.Bukhari, Muslim, etc.]

Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam cleansing his teeth are not for people who are fasting or the other, this cleansing his teeth as an argument that it is for the person and in others when wudlu fasting and prayer. [This opinion may Allaah have mercy Bukhari, Ibn versa Khuzaimah and besides them. See Fathul Bari 4/158, Saheeh Ibn Khuzaimah 3/247, Syarhus Sunnah 6/298]

[3]. Gargle And Istinsyaq

Because he sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam rinse and get istinsyaq (insert water into the nose) the objec fasting, but prohibits excessive fasting person when istinsyaq.

Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said.

“… Behold, get real in istinsyaq except in fasting condition” [HR. Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Ahmad, Ibn Abi Syaibah, Ibn Majah, An-Nasaai]

[4]. Chatting And Kissing Wife

Aisha radi ‘anha once said.

“It is the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam kissed (his wife) in a state of fasting and frolic in the fasting state, but he is the person most able to help himself” [HR. Bukhari and Muslim]

“We’ve been on the side of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, came a young man and said,” O Messenger of Allah, may I kiss in condition of fasting? “He replied,” No “. Also come an old man and he said:” Yes Messenger of Allah, may I kiss in condition of fasting? “. He replied:” Yes “to most of us looked at the others, then the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:” Verily, the old man (could be) restrain himself “.

[Hadith Ahmad 2/185, 221 of the Ibn Lahee’ah of yazid ibn Abu Hubaib of Qaushar At-Tufibi him. Isnaad is weak because Ibn dhaifnya Lahee’ah, but got shaheed (supporters) in the history of Al-Kabir Thabrani in 11040 of the Habib bin Abi Thabit from Mujahid from Ibn Abbas, Habib a mudallis and has ‘an-‘ anah, with this martyr haditsnya be hasan, see Faqih AL-Mutafaqih 192-193 for him there is the hadith of the other streets]

[5]. Blood and Injections issuing Which Not Contain Food [See Risalatani Mujizatani fizz Zakati washiyami p.23 Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz may Allaah have mercy]

This does not include your fast, the legal origin of everything is allowed to come up arguments against it. If it is forbidden for the fasting person there must be arguments against it. “And your Lord is not forgotten”. (Surah Maryam: 64)

[6]. “Bekam”

Based on the history of Ibn ‘Abbaas anhuma.

“Indeed the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam has bekam, when he was fasting” [HR.Bukhari]

[7]. Tasting food

From Ibn ‘Abbaas anhuma.

“It doesn’t matter tasting vegetables or something else in the fasting condition, while not up to the throat” [Hadith Bukhari in mu’allaq 4/154-Fath, be maushul by Ibn Abi Syaibah 3/47, Baihaqi 4/261 of a two way, hadith The Hasan. See Taghliqut Ta’liq 3/151-152]

[8]. Using eye shadow, Eye Drops and etcetera

These objects do not break the fast, good taste is felt in the throat or not. Imam Bukhari said in hia book: ”Anas bin Malik, Hasan Al-Basri and Ibrahim An -Nakha’i have opinion, (using eye shadow) no matter for the fasting (person)”.

[9]. Pouring water to the top of the head and take a bath

Bukhari stated in the his book Chapter: Bath of Fasting Person, Umar wetting his shirt and then he wear it in fasting condition. As-sya’bi go the bathroom in fasting condition. Al-Hasan said: “It’s okay to rinse his mouth and use cold water (bath) in fasting condition”.

From Abu Bakr ibn Abdurrahman and some of companions of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam he asked: Really I actually saw the Messenger sallallaahu’ alaihi wa Sallam in the area of ’Arj , he poured water over his head while he was fasting due to thirst or hunger due to temperature very hot “. (Narrated by Abu Dawud)

[10]. Drinking water in glass held in hand when the adhan

The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,

“If any one of you heard the call to prayer (dawn / daybreak Sadiq) when the glass was in his hand, let him not put up to meet his business (drinking water)”. (Narrated by Abu Dawood, Ibn Jarir, Al Hakim, Bayhaqi, and Ahmad)

Of Abu Umamah radhiallahu ‘anhu:

“It has been echoed iqamah prayer, when it is in the hands of Umar was still no glasses, he said: ‘May I drink it O’ the Prophet?’ The Prophet said: “Yes, drink it.

It is clear that stopping eating before Fajr Sadiq is bid’ah. On this Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar said in Al-Fath 4/199: “Including the unjust act of heresy”
